How do I get a price?

How long does a pressure washing service take?

The duration of a pressure washing service depends on the size of the property and the areas that need to be cleaned. However, most pressure washing services can be completed within 2 hours to a full day.

Are you a local company?

Yes. We're centrally located in Warrensburg, Missouri. I graduated from Holden in 1979

Won't the high pressure damage my siding, shingles or windows?

We use a process called Soft Washing on your siding and roofs. Our pumps are set to never go over 290 pounds of pressure. We clean roofs at only 75 pounds of pressure. Others use 3000 - 5000 pounds of pressure that will damage your siding, roofs, and can void your warranty. This high pressure leaves lines and marks on the siding doing costly damage. High pressure removes the granules from your asphalt shingles causing permanent damage.

Do I need to be home while you're working?

No. In fact, most of our clients are working during the day. If you want to be home when we wash, we ask that you stay inside while we work.

How do I pay?

Once the job is completed, you will receive an invoice through email or text. From there, you can pay online with a credit card, check or PayPal. We accept cash in person. You can also mail a check. Our address is on the invoice.

How often should I wash my house?

Our process actually kills the mold and algae, keeping it away for at least a year. We recommend you wash your house yearly and offer a discount on yearly contracts.

What about military discounts?

We offer a 5% military discount to all of our heroes.

What about my children and pets while you're working?

We ask that you keep yourself, kids and pets inside while we work. You and your pets can go back out when the area is dry. This is usually 15 minutes in the summer.
